Emily Totaro
Emily Totaro is a seasoned Graphic Designer with over five years of experience designing for noteworthy brands across various industries, including UL Lafayette and the United States Geological Survey. She has a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising, and her work has been featured in academic exhibitions at UL Lafayette like the 2022 BFA Spring Senior Exhibition. Known for her clean, minimalist style and passion for detail, Emily brings her unique artistic perspective to branding, photography and videography projects for local and national brands—including our own.
Gabrielle Broussard
Gabrielle Broussard is a Sr. Graphic Designer with seven years of experience under her belt since graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design from ULL where she was President of the Graphic Design Collective. She’s worked on exciting projects for big names like the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and Billy’s Boudin & Cracklins. Her passion lies in brand design, illustration, and package design, and she’s had the pleasure of showcasing her work in exhibitions across Acadiana including the “Fresh Pickins” exhibition at Acadiana Center for the Arts, 2018.
David Bass
David Bass is a Content Strategist with over two decades of professional writing experience that brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to the table. He had his work published at a young age and has honed his craft for creating quirky content for diverse brands ever since, including the St. Charles Parish Public School Board and Burgersmith. With his love for storytelling and learning about different industries, David has garnished bragging rights for producing the highest-ranking blog at our agency.
Kirstie Friis
Director of Creative Strategy Kirstie Friis, a New Orleans native with a passion for storytelling, graduated from UL Lafayette in 2014 with a BA in Mass Communications with a focus in Advertising. After a stint as the Marketing Director for Bart Bernard Injury Lawyers, she joined Rally Marketing as a Content Strategist, eventually rising through the ranks to become the Director of Creative Strategy. With experience in both digital advertising and creative content, she has played a pivotal role in several major cross-industry initiatives from brand development to strategy and optimization.
Cris Dellinger
Cris Dellinger is a data-driven Account Executive with extensive experience across the marketing landscape. As a former Marketing Analyst for Acadian as well as a Production Director for KLSU, Cris is informed in both the analytical and creative aspects of digital marketing. Cris received her B.A. in Mass Communication with a concentration in Digital Advertising from LSU in 2018 and brought her expansive knowledge and ten years of experience to Rally Marketing in 2023 where she facilitates communication between clients and marketing creatives as well as building out detailed reports and assisting in optimizing marketing campaigns.
Kara Occhipinti
Kara Occhipinti is an Account Executive with a passion for people and a wealth of marketing experience. Kara is a New Orleans native; after earning a Marketing degree from the University of New Orleans and a Graphic Design degree from Delgado Community College, she worked multiple positions across several companies including Boscoli Foods, Sigl Creative, and Touchpoints Advertising & Marketing before arriving at Rally Marketing in Lafayette where she quickly became popular among all of her clients for her charming manner and problem-solving nous.
Dominique Penton
Dominique Penton is Rally’s hard-working and experienced Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing all social advertising and pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Since graduating from UL Monroe with a degree in Business Administration, Dominique has had a diverse career, working at UL Lafayette, Key Marketing Solutions, and the Louisiana Small Business Development Center. Dominique’s wealth of knowledge in digital marketing has held him in good stead as he develops strategies, implements ad sets across multiple platforms, and optimizes them for maximum effectiveness.
