Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Ensure clients are informed and confident in our service by relaying our value, and showcasing results.
  • Recognize valuable upsell opportunities to create detailed quotes for additional digital marketing services.
  • Leverage your sales experience to close deals and drive revenue growth for your accounts.

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, with input from the creative team, tailored to each client utilizing our services and skills to craft campaigns that convert to profitable business for our clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Team Communication

  • Work closely with the production team to translate client goals into actionable digital marketing tasks.
  • Maintain an eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the project align with the client’s vision and our standards.
  • Schedule and publish approved work created by the production team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-years proven experience in account management and strategy development for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, and Reputation Management.
  • Active listening skills as well as clear communication skills, both with clients and within your team.
  • A successful track record of account growth, particularly in digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple accounts with grace and precision.
  • A fun and positive attitude that inspires others to excel.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Google Display Ads, Search Ads certifications preferred but not required
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate a plus but not required
